[00:00:00] Speaker A: SA welcome to Power CEOs the truth behind the business. I'm Jen Goday, your fearless host, entrepreneur, investor and business strategist. Why are we here? Because iron sharpens iron. And when we bring leading industry leaders, novel ideas, disruption to you, you're able to learn and grow. As a result, all of our businesses grow and the ripple effect impacts not only ourselves, our teams and their families, but also our communities and our world. You're in for a treat. Today we are going to talk all things AI as has been the hot topic for several weeks now. And we're really going to dive into composing emotion with intelligence and bringing humanity back through leveraging technology. You're in for a treat. I have two very special friends of mine. They are the co founders of Korvia AI. I am going to bring to you Justin Breen and Eric Horbecz. Welcome to the show, guys. [00:01:26] Speaker B: Hello. [00:01:26] Speaker C: Hello. [00:01:28] Speaker D: Hello. [00:01:29] Speaker A: I'm really excited about this because we talk a lot about or on the show, we talk a lot about using AI in order to get back to being human and how we can leverage technology so that we can really connect on a deeper level and get back to that. A lot of times I say it's almost like we're coming out of the dark ages into the next renaissance. Talk to me a little bit about in this world where AI is, a lot of times it's feared for making us less human. How does it actually help us to feel more? And how are you guys turning our stories and the things that we're hoping to get out in the world into song? [00:02:07] Speaker C: Well, very grateful to be here. And core via means heart path. Core is heart and via means path. And I look at AI as abundance intelligence or abundant intelligence, not artificial. And there was no intent to start a company at all. But both Eric and I found that songwriting was a fast path into your own heart and into your own soul. And so we're both visionary entrepreneurs and decided to create a community and a company where we allow others to create songs collectively and then broadcast those songs. So very grateful to be able to talk about Korvia AI here today. [00:02:48] Speaker A: Jen, you know, it's, it's. Oh, go ahead, Eric. [00:02:53] Speaker D: Yeah, it's just, it's. What we found is that it is incredibly powerful to put your own story into AI and allow AI to say it back to you. It's that simple. And it could, it could be that simple to just say, say my story back to me. But if you do it in the form of like song or art, it just becomes that much more powerful and it really pulls the human experience into the AI. Exactly what you're saying. [00:03:16] Speaker A: I think that's absolutely beautiful. And so talk to me about the core problems that you guys are trying to solve, because this has so many applications, especially in the entrepreneurial world and in mental health, so many applications. So what is the core problem you guys are looking to solve with Korvia? And talk me through a little bit how that's actually happening. If you've got a story, that would be fantastic. [00:03:41] Speaker C: Well, if you're not a litmus test for the people you serve, it's hypocrisy. So Eric and I are both litmus tests for the people we serve in terms of visionary entrepreneurs. And then through Korvia, the collective consciousness and basically any end user. And again, there was no intent to start a company at all with this. We just both found that writing these songs was a fast track into our own heart and into our own soul. And somehow what the technology is able to do is it's able to feel your emotions through artificial intelligence, and then it's able to create these beautiful song lyrics. And then through technology, those song lyrics are easily made into songs with beautiful voices. So it's a really fascinating development to see that play out in real time. We just had a workshop today with several visionary entrepreneurs. One of them was a longtime manager of Aerosmith. And we made this song called We Are the Bridges by just asking people how they were feeling during the workshop. And the song essentially talks about where love and justice rise again. The human promise intervenes. Abundance flowing through the pain. You are the gift, you are the flame. In every name, the truth remains. And essentially the whole song had lyrics like that. And that was just us talking about how we were feeling. And that type of emotion, feeling can be easily scaled across the world because that's the core problem is people don't have a great way of collectively expressing their own inner child. [00:05:25] Speaker A: And you know, honestly, music, it transcends language. It's a universal language if. If you will. And so can you speak a little bit to how you think music powered by AI is going to reconnect us and even further. Do you believe this is a human centered approach? This approach is more the future of where AI is going. Give me your pulse on that. [00:05:51] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:05:51] Speaker D: So the approach we're taking is, we call it community centric approach to business building in general and to AI. So it's essentially taking a community of people that are using AI to create songs and amplifying them through social Media and through posting music and doing it together and do it in a collaborative effort. So it's really as human driven as it can get. When you're talking about creating AI or using AI as a amplifier or a tool to your own element, your own therapeutic path, your own self expression path, it's just, it's just, it's an amplifier, it's powerful. [00:06:35] Speaker A: So I'm really curious and I'd love to hear both of you weigh in on this. What has surprised you the most about how people respond when they hear their story turned into a personalized AI generated song? [00:06:46] Speaker C: Great question. Oh my God. Okay, so I don't usually get excited, but if something really triggers me in a positive way, I get excited. In every single workshop, whether it's a few people, one person or several, there's always a massive emotional release. Almost without exception, someone cries. There have been people so affected by this that they can't even make a song because they haven't been able to process their own trauma. And just to dovetail what you were saying earlier, Jen, music actually predates spoken communication by 10,000 years. The first musical instrument was found in a Croatian cave. Well, what's now Croatia. And that predates 60,000 BC 60,000 BC and then the first spoken language was 50,000 BC. So music is how we've communicated and that's why this is so powerful. It's somehow, it somehow can feel your soul, your heart, and then make music and song lyrics out of it. And then it's, it's an. People just need to hear it. And then it's an immediate transformation. Immediate. Which is so exciting. [00:08:01] Speaker D: On the connection side of that, if you take music as a whole and an artist, a famous artist that creates a song, a singer, songwriter, that song comes from the heart and connects with millions of people. And it's, there's something about that song or that artist that connects with those people and then those people connect through that artist. What we're about to experience with AI is the, is anybody can do that. Anybody can put themselves into a song and connect with other people and it can happen at such a rate and such a speed that we've never seen before. And when it's done like in housed in a community that can, that can usher that into the world then. But who knows? We'll see. We're going to find out the power of that. But that's where we're at. Is that so that the connection that music has brought us in the past, like most, most artists and people in the music Industry are scared of AI. But what I have found is that AI has become an onboarding into music. Most people that we haven't explored music before haven't even, you know, maybe not that musical. They can just go on and they can use very simple AI tools and create amazing songs and connect with the world, or just go on and listen to someone else's song and say, oh, wow, man, I was dealing with that too. And that hit Justin, and I call it direct hits. When someone makes a song and it hits from the whole group. [00:09:22] Speaker A: You know, what's coming through loud and clear for me is that really the future of tech is connecting heart to heart from a human level and what we see happening in the world in marketing. Let's just talk about that aspect. In marketing, you're looking for that human connection. Everybody's looking for that authentic connection. And here is a different modality. It's disruptive. It's different than what's out there. And it could be really powerful for that. So we are going to have to take a brief break in just a moment. But if you're watching this and you're like, okay, how does this apply to me? I just want to speak to that a little bit. We're always looking for what is our differentiation? We're always trying to stand out and make sure that our message gets heard. What if your message becomes the next hit song and through music you're reaching a wider audience? That's really where this impact just exponentially increases and gets out there and then it kind of bridges the gap. There's a lot of. There's a lot of fear, there's a lot of discord. But music is a unification factor. So if we're able to do that through our businesses, through the work that we're doing in the world, we're able to reach people on a deeper, more impactful level. And maybe they opt in when maybe when previously they would not have because of some other bias or whatnot. So this really is kind of transcending. I want to leave you thinking about that while we break, because we're going to come back and talk about what are some of the use cases, what does this look like for each and every one of us who's trying to have that impact with our clients, with our customers, with the world. We'll be right back after these messages. Welcome Back to power CEOs the truth behind the Business. I'm Jen Goday, here with two amazing individuals, entrepreneurs who have put together a new aspect of AI Corevia. AI Forget cold automation. The next era of AI is about emotionally intelligent design. And corevia AI might just be the tuning fork that leads the way. Let's talk enterprise now. What are some current or emerging use cases for corevia AI in the business world? Whether, whether it's customer experience, culture, leadership, how can businesses think about using this AI generated music as a tool for storytelling, branding, employee engagement? [00:12:04] Speaker D: Yeah, I think there's. So there's two places to look. There's external and internal. The internal side of it is certain, like music can be a Trojan horse, just about any form of personal development or education that you want to do. And it's like, and it's a fun and engaging way to teach team building, collaboration. There's certain ways you could use like song creation and like the creativity that goes behind creating a song with AI or any art with AI for that matter, can, can really help a team learn how to work together to create something simple and use AI to do it. And then also there's like these simple prompts in there. So if the team are maybe not so great with AI prompting or anything like that, it's like, okay, let's try this fun and engaging way to teach a little bit more engagement with AI prompting. And it could be really nice, really easy to do that. And then on the team building side of it, there is deep connection that happens when you create lyrics and song in a group. When people are expressing themselves in certain ways, sharing stories and, and kind of communicating in a way that goes to a depth that is not normal in the workplace. It creates a certain degree of connection. And then on the external side of it, brand awareness. To be able to create your own company's sound, the uniqueness of your own company and having a sound based off of that gives you a certain degree of brand awareness. I don't think we've ever been able to have historically to have a sound like we've, we've have sight, we have graphics, we have all these things. And of course we've had jingles in the past, but now those jingles are abundant. You can take a particular sound and you can create it over and over again in a different flavor and it just resembles your company. So think about branding, I would say is probably the most impactful for AI music. [00:14:01] Speaker A: Well, absolutely. And you know, we lay memories differently. We lay memories when we're multi sensory. So having that auditory, that music in addition to what we're reading, what we're seeing in the words on the screen, I think that really is kind of a Differentiator. So I just want to briefly say some of the things if you're watching, some of the opportunities here are to engage with an AI such as Korvia to enhance that deeper emotional connection within your team that creates a more psychologically safe space because you feel better sharing in this way if you're co creating. No different than when we're looking at any other AI integration. When we think about what do we want to do as a company, what do we want to bring to the world, we have to come together as a team to do this. This is just doing it internally. On a deeper level, I think it's really fascinating that you guys have this and then on the external level, of course it's reaching people on that deeper human level, which I think is going to, this is my personal opinion, I think that's going to truly be the differentiator as we move forward. So I want to ask you a question because you guys are both visionaries, you guys have done a lot of things in a lot of different spaces. But I think one of the key things I pull from you guys is that you're always designing what you're doing for the greatest good. So in this world, in this rapidly evolving AI scenario, what kind of questions should entrepreneurs be asking themselves to ensure that our solutions are designed for that long term positive impact for that soul aligned innovation that's really going to hit hard and hit home with the people we're trying to reach moving forward. [00:15:37] Speaker C: Just a tremendous question. You put a lot of feeling and thinking into that question, so thank you, Jen and I. I started the answer like that because it really starts with your heart. It really starts with how you feel about things. The heart has many, many, many little brains in it. It's actually the greatest decision maker within the body. And what has happened with society and business in general is there's a lot of thinking going on, which is wonderful. There's a lot of strategy going on, which is wonderful. But many times it bypasses the heart and goes straight to the brain. So with companies, marketing, whatever vertical you're talking about, it really starts with how does it feel? And is this going to actually help society and not just helping yourself or your company? And I know that's how Eric and I have felt about this because again, there was no intent to even start a company with this. We just felt that this was the right thing to do to help humanity. So it's very exciting to see this play out in real time and it will scale quickly because AI and communities this is what they want. This is their opportunity to feel and process things in a very quick, beautiful, artistic fashion. [00:17:12] Speaker A: I really like that you brought that up. Justin. I want to highlight. This is about the next level of business. This is about how are we going to have that solve those bigger problems and have that greater impact. So let me ask you, for everyone watching, what is that step to take? What is that first step for them to take if they're watching and they're like, okay, yeah, you just called me out. Everything I do is from the head. Sometimes my marketing misses the mark because I don't have that emotional impact. I'm not truly connecting. Break it down for the people watching, like what's the easiest next step for them so that they can start to be more. I'm gonna call it emotionally resonant as they move forward in their decision making and integrate technology into their business is. [00:17:58] Speaker D: So I'll, I'll. I found out I had emotions like after my first kid was born and it was, and, and I, I was well into my right. So as a new explorer of emotions, I'll say that it's not, it's not, it's not easy. And when it comes to business, what I've learned through this, through doing this project specifically is, and through a lot of my research is that like, well one, we're entering a time where entrepreneurs get to express themselves freely and have all this leveraged technology to do so, and they can express themselves uniquely through business. And business becomes a tool for self expression, no different than AI becoming a tool for self expression in music. Business is a tool for self expression and there's a self discovery process that goes on in business. Entrepreneurship is one of those things that will beat you down in so many ways and rebuild you so you can be your own unique, authentic self. And I think a company has a unique flavor, unique message and a unique promise to it where it could be through the collective of the employees, through the collective of the, the, the customers communicating with each other and understanding what the heartbeat of that company is. I think there is, there has to be an emotional element to it in order to actually tap into that. And using AI, I have found will help crack open and connect from the heart or from the mind to the heart faster than any analog tool that I've ever come across. So I think it just becomes with starting that you can literally go to ChatGPT and say, here's what's on my mind. I'm pretty sure this is what's on my heart. Can you put this back and say it back to me in some way that feels right. Maybe say it back in poetry or something like that. But there's, or even a short story about myself. But there is, there's. It's definitely a tool for heartbreak, coherence, even for people who don't have a clue what that even means, including myself. [00:20:08] Speaker A: And let's be honest, in the business world, if you will, like, there's always been no place for emotion. For so, so many decades, we've completely been expected to put ourselves in a box and then all of ourselves. But what this is doing, what you're suggesting, is bring all of you into the boardroom, into your branding, into everything that you do. Because when we build our empire, if you will, with soul, we don't just change business, we change lives. This has been really awesome speaking to you about this and talking about the human element and how do we connect further? So if you would share with our viewers, how can they reach out to you? How can they learn more about Korvia? If they're interested in playing with this or bringing you guys in to see what's possible from a team building aspect or otherwise, how can they reach you? [00:20:56] Speaker C: Well, the main site. Oh, go ahead, Eric, you can explain. [00:20:59] Speaker D: Yeah, the main site is Korvia AI and for anyone that wants to follow along what we're doing, there's blogs and all kinds of good stuff in there to read. But you could just put your email in there and email us and Justin and I will, you can, you can call us. Like we're pretty available and we're just exploring this with people. And if you're interested in corporate workshops and having us come in and do something with your team, there's actually a link in on the website for corporate workshops to fill out a little form to get us to that or you can just shoot us an email through the website. [00:21:32] Speaker A: Fantastic. It's been absolutely amazing speaking with you guys. I really appreciate you coming and enlightening everybody. What's out there, what's coming, how can we bring more humanity and how can we leverage technology in order to really connect further? Because I think you're bridging gaps. I'm really excited about what this has. Thank you for joining us today. [00:21:51] Speaker C: Thank you, Jen. [00:21:53] Speaker D: Thanks. [00:21:54] Speaker A: And you, yes, you stick around. We are going to be right back after these important messages. Welcome Back to power CEOs Truth behind the Business. If you're just tuning in, you're going to want to go to NowMedia TV, click on shows, go to Power CES and catch the first half of today's segment. It has been pure gold. But without further ado, we're going to shift gears because I have an amazing next guest. We're going to talk about breaking the belief barriers. Mindset shifts that will build empires from scarcity to scale. I have with me Papi D'Annuzzo. He took his wealth practice from $0 to 1 billion in assets under management. He is an expert in all things mindset coaching. Welcome to the show, Poppy. [00:23:07] Speaker B: Well, thank you so much for having me, Jen. Thanks, Poppy. [00:23:11] Speaker A: Oh my goodness. The topic of the day, how do I shift my mindset? Like a lot of times we think that it's strategy and tactics and all of these other things in business, which, don't get me wrong, they're very, very important. But we think that that's what's going to get us to that next level. And yet we keep hitting this glass ceiling. It's actually a limiting belief. It's a belief structure. A lot of times it's limiting money beliefs or something else. Talk to me about how entrepreneurs can get past that ceiling that we just keep coming up across. [00:23:44] Speaker B: Sure. And I just so the audience, so the entrepreneurs know where I'm coming from. This whenever I talk about manifesting the law of attraction, you can think it's a little bit woo. But everything with me starts with when I read, think and go rich. Years ago, Andrew Carnegie shared every thought in his head with Napoleon Hill. Then the next generation. My book Manifesting, you can imagine. So again, Andrew Carnegie grows an empire of hundreds of billions of dollars in net worth. He said, pappy, every single dollar I manifest of my hundreds of billions in net worth, I manifested through the law of attraction. Napoleon Hill, Earl Nightingale, Bob Proctor, all of this knowledge. You take a look at successful CEOs and entrepreneurs, how much time they spend meditating to allow them to have access to their subconscious mind. And I would just suggest your entrepreneurs, very successful folks today, to tap into the creative power to co create with everything around you through your subconscious mind. That is our most successful CEOs, entrepreneurs, athletes, musicians, et cetera, through manifesting through the law of attraction. [00:24:46] Speaker A: So talk to me, take me back. Because you started from scratch and you built a practice of over a billion dollars in assets under management. Did you ever have a moment where you caught yourself thinking too small or your own glass ceiling, if you will, and how did you move through that? [00:25:04] Speaker B: Yeah. And the limiting beliefs, as you mentioned earlier, Jen, you really hit the nail on the head. In our subconscious mind, we have what I call paradigm. It's like our hardware and operating system. And I mean this with all love to all of your listeners, but your operating system has a virus. And for the first six or seven years of our life we didn't have any protection in our conscious mind and all of this we hear around us. So entrepreneurs in general are pretty optimistic folks, but you really need to start thinking about canceling or rejecting anything negative coming to you. And it's just not the power of positive thinking, but it's the self, it's the auto suggestions, the positive self. Talk to yourself and you will be defined entrepreneurs an awful lot by your inner circle. The universe is pappy. Keep your inner circle as tight as possible and keep it with other like minded individuals who are at the same level of vibration or higher. So entrepreneurs want to be very careful, the audience, you know, the company they're keeping, so to speak. And you'll notice a lot of very successful entrepreneurs hang out with other very successful entrepreneurs. And I can guarantee you Jen, that when I am around very, very successful people, I hear them talking negativity zero or very close to it. So you talk about success an awful lot. You're going to have success in your life, that vibration is going out, that's what it's going to attract coming back in. But just knowing these limiting beliefs are there. And as you were saying earlier Jen, like if you stay in your comfort zone, all you're going to get is more of what you've already gotten entrepreneurs. It amazes me every time I see this study, Jen, is that businesses, entrepreneurs, when they go out of business or things slack down and are not nearly as successful as they were before, are not because they do things poorly, they're not because they do things poorly, it's because they've been doing the same thing the same way and they never modify or change. So I'm a change agent, I'm here to help you today. Let's break that and let's just make a little bit of a veer in our course because you get to express and expand, increase and grow and that's what entrepreneurs are great at and just need a little nudge sometime to get them back on track. [00:27:03] Speaker A: You know, entrepreneurs tend to be very high performing individuals and as such we're comfortable pushing that comfort zone. But sometimes scarcity mindset seeps in subtly before we, before it even manifests into that, that decay, if you will, of our growth or progress. So what does it look like? How can we see those subtle scarcity or those Subtle beliefs that are slinking into our being and rewire that to abundance before it actually takes us down that rabbit hole. [00:27:41] Speaker B: You know, my fellow brothers and sisters, first of all, knowing what the challenge is, is I think at least 80% of the battle right there. So if you can think it in your mind, if you can think it in your mind, you can and will hold it in your hand. Now, our fellow brothers and sisters, Jen, have up to 60,000 thoughts per day. Up to 60,000 thoughts per Day. What percentage of those are negative? 80% and 90% are recurring. So for every five thoughts, the average fellow brother and sister of ours having four are negative. So we just want to understand that to start off with now, we can only have one thought in our mind at a time. It's so important you control. You've got all this power. Don't let anything negative in there. So I've got an acronym I call kafpa. Your thought is either creative or competitive. We always want it to be creative. That's in line with the universe. The next one you already mentioned, scarcity. Your mind can only be either in a mindset of abundance or scarcity. You will get, you will find what you're thinking. If you're thinking scarcity, you'll find scarcity. Scarcity will attract itself to you. The next one is faith or fear and faith or fear, Jen. I love this one. Faith or fear. Over 90% of the time there is no evidence for either faith, you know, hard concrete evidence, or fear and fearful false evidence appearing real. F E A r fear. Over 90% of the time, Jen, what our fellow brothers and sisters are fearful for never materializes. It never materializes. Yet it's sink so many ships, so to speak. So err on the side of faith. And last one is positive attitude versus negative attitude. You put on a positive attitude, your fellow brothers and sisters will be attracted to you. Negative attitude. If you ever go on, you're in a meeting, you're in a room with somebody for five minutes, Jen, and you walk out, you're like, oh man, your shoulders down. You're like, I am wiped out. Well, they're putting out a really, they're at a very low energy level. They need to be up here to be able to breathe oxygen, so to speak. So it's like, hey, Jen's in. You got a lot of energy. I'm taking your energy and you walk out your shoulders or something, you're knocked out for like the next four hours or something until you get recharged. So the power of your mind and your mindset is so, is so mission critical. [00:29:42] Speaker A: Yeah. And I just, I want to recap that because I want to make sure, for the people in the back, make sure you pick up on this. You want to live in abundance, not scarcity. You want to have that abundance mindset. If you find yourself slipping into scarcity, it's time to flip the script. Because we get what we focus upon. We want to live in creative as opposed to competitive. We say this all the time. Like when you look at the most successful entrepreneurs, it's because they're collaborating with other people. We're creating and we're co creating. And I loved that overcoming fear aspect because it's so true. I have this conversation all the time, actually, especially with my analytically minded people. My financial, my engineering, my doctors. We always think about the absolute worst case scenario. But how many times does that happen? And I always laugh because my worst case scenario is I woke up six feet under and that hadn't happened yet, folks. So I hope that that continues. So we want to continue to have faith that we're going to wake up tomorrow that we're going to have something other than that worst case scenario. But I really love that kind of framework because it gives us just a couple of things to check. Am I this? Where am I here? Where am I here? And then the positive mental attitude. We talk about it a lot, but it is so incredibly true. So I have a challenge for everyone. You know, I'm a coach too, so I want the challenge. My challenge is look at your circle. Look at your, the people, five people you spend the most time with and ask yourself, are they predominantly positive people or are they energy vampires sucking out your soul? Because that is, that could very well be what's keeping us and holding us back. But look at those five people who you spend the most time with and ask, are they where you want to be? Are they predominantly positive? Do they have faith that they're able to achieve what it is that they want to do? That is how we actually grow. And are they creative? Do they stimulate creativity in you? I thought that was really fantastic. I know it's in your book. So for. In case, in case people are interested, how can they learn more about this particular framework that you have? Maybe pick up your book. [00:31:47] Speaker B: Sure. And I start off with Jen. Everything's free with me because I'm here to help my fellow brothers and sisters be successful as they can. If you go to my website, pappimindsetcoach. P A P I mindsetcoach.com I have free ebooks. I have it in English and in Spanish and Espanol. And then I also have a free seven day challenge. It's part of my 28 day manifesting accelerator online coaching course. But the first seven days are free. Try it out. I think your entrepreneurs will be very stimulated going through that process and building a base of really understanding this and understanding that. Literally inside of each one of our 8 billion fellow brothers and sisters, our subconscious mind connected. The universal subconscious mind access to all knowledge and all power of all time to be able to bring anything into your life. Health, wealth, happiness, love, relationships, spirituality, whatever is important. Our fellow brothers and sisters, they are able to manifest this through the law of attraction, bring it into their life. [00:32:40] Speaker A: So you know, we only have about a minute before we have to take a break. But what is your key pattern interruption or the key habit that you use when you find yourself on that negative or you have to do that interruption because something has come in. I know you reject all the negative, but what is your pattern interrupt or habit that helps you shift whenever you find yourself in that other space? [00:33:04] Speaker B: It's really about and I refer to it as a ritual, as my daily ritual. And one point. This can seem like a matter of semantics, Jim, but it's a lot bigger than that is a lot of people are thinking pappy a silver bullet or this is complicated. If you just think of it when I talk with anyone, it's about building a manifesting lifestyle. It's just all these little habit changes throughout the day giving gratitude as soon as you wake up in the morning. Setting intentions in the morning. I recommend a three, three, three affirmation strategy. You write your affirmation three times in the morning, three times in the afternoon and three times before you go to sleep at night. Before you go to sleep. And I'd ask the universe your most important question. What is the answer to how can I possibly. How do I get to and just stay open and watch the magic flow. So through this daily ritual and these things that you'll do throughout the day to help reset as you said, cancel, reject. I refuse to participate. I love you mentioned flip the script a little bit ago because I love doing that. Even like going on offense. I tell those students from Kenya, whenever anybody tells you'll never be successful because you were born in Kenya. You state the affirmation. I am so happy and grateful now that I'm going to be phenomenally successful because I was born in Kenya. Flip this script. Our fellow brothers and sisters can manifest anything they can imagine, but just by these very simple routine rituals throughout the day, these little things to get their mind right when anything negative happens because of the law of attraction, law of resonance, Jen. Even the smallest, the smallest positive thought, just the smallest positive thought. What's going to happen next because of the law of resonance, it's going to attract something else positive in. So, my fellow brothers and sisters, you don't need to completely reinvent the wheel or like have something dramatic positively happen when you're going through it. Just collect yourself again. It could be through you, could be some meditation, here's some breathing. It doesn't have to be fancy. It could be just getting out, going for a walk around the block, so to speak. The sun is so good for us. It's so healthy. Just get outside for even two, three, four, five minutes. But just that little reset can be so powerful to change your day around and get you back into positive. And then you're attracting positive back into you. [00:35:05] Speaker A: Fantastic. Unfortunately, we do have to take a brief break, but that's your. That's your cue. Do something. Take a deep breath. Get yourself shifted to that positive. Change your psychology. Change your physiology to change your psychology. We'll be right back after these messages. [00:35:20] Speaker B: It. [00:35:45] Speaker D: Foreign. [00:35:50] Speaker A: Welcome Back to power CEOs the truth behind the business. I am here with Poppy D'Annuzzo and we have just been talking about how do we get shift the gears, flip the script when we find ourselves in maybe a negative impact or a negative mindset. How do we get past that ceiling? But one of the questions that you keep asking and I am here to listen, lit to ask, the expert on this is Jen. This is great. I've built this amazing, massive business and I have an opportunity to exit, but I'm scared to exit. What happens next? I've always lived as an entrepreneur. I've been building my business. What happens if I exit? I don't know what to do with myself. So I'm gonna put that question to Poppy because I know you've heard this question before and you've been in this space for so long and helped people with mindset. What does it look like for those who are maybe baby boomers or Gen X and they've lived their whole life, they've built this business, they've built this tremendous asset and they're looking at exit and afraid of what's next. [00:36:52] Speaker B: Yeah, and there's, you know, just makes me think, Jen, it makes me think that when you ask a lot of women, tell me about yourself, what can you tell me about yourself? A lot of times, like let's say if they are a mom and have any children, they'll say, I'm a mother of children. They'll give an answer on that. But if you ask the typical male, the typical male, tell me about yourself, tell me all about yourself. They'll say, I'm a carpenter, I'm a plumber. They relate, men relate their identity so closely to what they do and it can be devastating, as you said, for a lot of entrepreneurs, when you're riding really high, what is that next phase in your life? So obviously just a fellow entrepreneurs with my family sort of lineage, going from working in the steel mills to being in a restaurant business to starting a wealth management practice with $0 and growing it to over a billion dollars. So just even think in my case, Jen, like when I cracked the code on this and I was positive, exactly. That I manifested every single thing that I manifested in my life, both good and bad, and that I manifested it all through the law of attraction. When I reverse engineered that, I said, what am I going to do? And long story short with the universe, I said, I'm going to help my fellow brothers and sisters with this for the rest of my life as long as I'm on Earth. So but in my case, when you go from creating, being the founder and growing a wealth management practice, and that's how you're known to everybody, and now you get to where I'm at and it's like I'm going to be a manifestation mindset life coach. There's a lot of people thought I was like, lost my mind. I mean, seriously, this was like not easy. People think, oh yeah, that wasn't easy transition. I mean, a lot of people, including family members, there's like a lot of questions there. So what I would suggest to the audience, in my case, and I think it's with a lot of the, a lot of the entrepreneurs in the audience, I look at it as finding your purpose. And where does finding your purpose and where does profit meet purpose, so to speak? So again, just open up your mind. I was talking about just asking the universe, before you go to sleep every night, ask the universe your most important, important question and pay attention to my fellow brothers and sisters. If there's one thing I turn our brothers and sisters on to, say pappy, you turn me on to how powerful my subconscious mind is. Where is it at? How can I get to it the two most frequent times? And when you're close to your subconscious mind during the course of the day is right when you wake up in the morning and right before you go to sleep at night. So right before you go to sleep at night, put that most important question. So our fellow brothers and sisters are wrestling with this. I would humbly suggest reach out with your subconscious mind. What is the next phase in my life? What's the best direction for me to take? So in my case, I sort of take a look at this. I want to help my brothers and sisters and it's very similar to what you're recommending. This is a pretty dramatic, radical shift going from, you know, I've got like an mba, a master's in tax, I'm a cpa. This is like very non woo kind of stuff. But by saying where's profit at in business and where is my purpose? And our fellow brothers and sisters, they will be drawn to, they will gravitate because what I find, Jen, they've got so much drive in them and at some point in time it does make sense to exit the business, even to hand it off to the next gen family members, children, potentially, whatever it may be. But they've got all these gifts to give back to their fellow brothers and sisters. They've got all this drive and all this passion. And I would suggest, I would just humbly suggest that them typically finding someplace to redirect that to is going to be in their best interest by far and away. [00:40:04] Speaker A: Absolutely. You know, and a lot of times we talk about here know you've been in the wealth business for a really long time. So wealth is so much more than dollars. You know, we can have a ton of dollars, but wealth is really about freedom, it's about impact, it's about creating opportunities, it's about how are we contributing in this greater world that we live in. And so when we think about, when we think about that exit, it gets really scary because it's almost like, well, I have all of these employees, I'm taking care of all these people and then the next day, all of a sudden, sudden I don't have that responsibility anymore. When we find that purpose and we marry that with the next step and do that, that kind of gives us a framework for how we started. Because let's be real folks, if you're an entrepreneur and you're asking yourself this question, you are going to create things? Because I've retired twice. The first time it lasted two weeks in medicine because I'm not, it's not who I am. And the second time it was less than a day. I'm not wired to retire, if you will. So there's always something next. And Poppy, I do more now than I ever did. Go figure. But I really like what he said and it's so true. How do most mathematicians solve the biggest problems? They think about it right before they go to bed and magically the formula comes to them like overnight or they write it down first thing in the morning. So this is research facts. So think about what that question is, explore that for yourself and trust that you'll be able to solve some of those complex abstract problems in your subconscious mind overnight. So the next thing that I hear a lot about, and this is really funny because it's sort of parallel, but it's a different mindset thing. People are really good at making money. I come from medicine. When I went to med school, there was no business in med school. And we're really good at making money and generating income, but we're not really good at generating income. Wealth. And a lot of entrepreneurs have that same problem. They may have this amazing ability to generate revenue and to look at profitability and all of these things, but when it comes to the personal side of generating wealth, something isn't lining up for them. Can you speak about that a little bit? Is that a belief structure? What causes that and how do we get over that disconnect? Because it's a common problem. [00:42:19] Speaker B: Yeah. And you know, Jen, for me to keep up, because you're very, you're very fast on your feet, you're very quick thinkers. I'm trying to keep up. I'm running hard here. But it is. The thing is, when you were saying earlier, one thing that came to mind for me that I've run into, and I always said in the wealth business, I always say it's half science and half art. And the science part, and this is very closely related to your entrepreneurs. The reason I'm bringing this up, that's why it came through me. The science part is all the numbers. Of course, there's numbers everywhere. There's all kinds of numbers. But the art part is the behavioral side, the behavioral side, the interpersonal, the psychological side of it. And I would suggest that with your entrepreneurs it can be instead of even like 50% numbers and 50% squishy to them, so to speak, you know, mindset type topics and how they feel, it could be 60, 70, 80, 90% of that. So just to keep that in mind for them, how important that is, because you were talking earlier a little bit ago about like the strong left brain clients and colleagues that you work with. And I say they're left. The left side of brain is so strong and they walked a little bit lopsided, you know, because like their left brain is so heavy and so large, so overdeveloped. Hater is that other side. And getting into your subconscious mind and with our fellow brothers and sisters to get into, as you were saying, that transition, I just see a lot of entrepreneurs, they're so aggressive, they're so hard charging and so much of their business, it's like a mirror of themselves that they see in their business. And I want to grow, grow, grow. And sometimes they sort of get addicted to growing. And I know this may sound like an oversimplified answer, Jen, but just throwing money over your shoulder, so to speak, I mean for every, whatever you do, because they'll look at a new opportunity, say, hey, you know what, yeah, maybe I should like take a little bit of money off the table, put it in my account or something. Now I'm going all in. I'm going to leverage this up and I'm going to do a campaign and borrow more money from the bank. But I would just suggest some very simple practices such as that just throwing a certain percentage over your shoulder, 10%, you know, just to use a good number would be throw that over your shoulder to make sure you are working on the wealth aspect of it. Because if you really think about it, what happens a lot of entrepreneurs is if you keep on like sort of lucky 7 11, you know, like here comes red 33 or black 22, you know, if you keep on putting it all on the line. Unfortunately it happens a lot of entrepreneur brothers and sisters sometimes instead of like leveraging up after leveraging up, really to take some of that off of the table and have a systemized process and finding a wealth manager who's a good fit, that's the same as being in getting married or finding a partner or a significant other. It really is that emotional blend, that interpersonal, personal communication blend as much as being a good fit on the number side. [00:44:52] Speaker A: Absolutely. And you know, I set it and forget it. I had to. Because if I didn't set it and forget it, I am that all in. Double down, double down. Because I'm really good at growing. [00:45:00] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:45:01] Speaker A: And so, you know, it's really, it really is a mindset. [00:45:04] Speaker B: Catch 22. Yeah. You're so good at it that you just keep on leaning into it. [00:45:07] Speaker A: And it literally is a challenge. You either fall on the I'm not a risk taker or I'm an excessive Risk taker side of things in business. Both can be exceptionally successful. Successful. But we are drawing towards the end of our episode unfortunately and I would like for people to be able to learn how they can reach out to you if they'd like to learn more or if they'd like to even have this wealth conversation, this transfer conversation. You are a mindset coach and you are an expert in this space. How can they find you? [00:45:34] Speaker B: Yes. Thank you so much. On the coaching side, it's Pappy P a p I mindsetcoach.com and as for starters, I offer everything for free. My book manifest anything you can imagine. I've got six books. The first one manifest anything you can imagine is free. And again, just as a reminder, this is the next generation of think and grow rich. So think and grow rich is credited with creating more millionaires than any other book I have manifesting that you can imagine. Also on pappyminsetcoach.com I have the first, I have a 28 day manifesting accelerator online coaching course. The first seven days of a seven day challenge. I give that away for free so they could just go on there. And entrepreneurs love this. They absolutely love it. Having a strategy and having something that dovetails into their growth and creativity and leveraging up and maximizing it fits them like a glove. So it could be a very great format for them and also for them. Jen, the last thing I would say is to make that transition. That hard left brain leaning over to the other side. Our conscious mind is our literal thinking mind. Our subconscious mind is our creative feeling mind. And one last thing. Dolores Cannon called our conscious mind Mr. Stupid. I called her stinking thinking. I mean all the power resides down here in this beautiful bowl that we have our subconscious mind. So I'm just trying to help lead our fellow brothers and sisters to find all this power that resides within them. [00:46:52] Speaker A: Absolutely. Thank you so much for your time. [00:46:53] Speaker B: Thank you. Namaste. Thank you. [00:46:55] Speaker A: And you. Yes, you. Unfortunately, all good things do come to an end, including this show. But you've got action steps. Let's shift our thinking. Reach out to Poppy. Check out his book. It's phenomenal. But today is the day you take action. No matter which thing you heard that you want to take action on. Pick one. Pick one thing. Pick. Take that action today. Because that is how we make a change. Change that one habit. Maybe it's starting with intention. Maybe it's creating that wealth bucket that we throw over our shoulder. Whatever that one thing is today, right now is when we take that action because if we wait, then this is just another hour that you spent listening to Jen and her amazing guest, which is fantastic. But we grow when we take action. So until we meet again, take your action step today and win today, win this week, and I'll see you next time. [00:47:45] Speaker B: This has been a now.
